Britton Nohe-Braun is a Managing Associate in Dentons’ White Collar and Government Investigations group. Britton represents and advises Fortune 500 companies and senior executives in government investigations and conducts internal investigations for US domestic and multinational firms. She specializes in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and False Claims Act (FCA) matters and regularly advises companies on compliance with U.S. and international anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and privacy laws.
Britton is also active in civil society and regularly speaks and hosts events related to women’s rights, diversity and inclusiveness, and access to justice. She is on the Board of the Colorado Judicial Institute (CJI), Co-Chair of the Denver Chapter of the Women in White Collar Defense Association, and a member of Denton’s Women LEAD and Pro Bono Committees.
