As work culture continues to evolve and new challenges emerge, how can we make mentorship matter? What are some key ways to ensure mentorship creates more equity and opportunity for underrepresented communities and creates a mutually beneficial relationship, where both the mentor and mentee can learn from each other? Are there best practices companies can embrace so mentorship is better supported by senior leaders, as a part of growing their workforce and retaining talented employees?

Join the FiscalNote Executive Institute and HP, Inc., for an in-person get together June 27 from 5:30-7 p.m. EDT at the FiscalNote office for a timely discussion about mentorship, followed by a networking reception from 7-8 p.m. EDT. Speakers include Brittany Masalosalo, Chief Public Policy Officer at HP, and Malcom Glenn, Founder and CEO of MG Equity Consulting.

In the spirit of the event, senior executives are encouraged to invite an emerging professional they have mentored who would benefit from this discussion. NOTE: Spots are limited! To attend, please be sure you and your mentee register no later than June 20. You are also welcome to follow Brittany’s thought leadership on mentorship and join the conversation with the hashtag #MentoringMatters.
